Does this happen after the first of every year?

What is this, you ask? Not blogging...but I'm back. And lots to blog about. Just had our first vegan Easter and took photos...finally mastered vegan mac n' cheese (thank goodness for Tease and Daiya!) and I want to share it with you all. Give me a chance to catch up and upload and I'll have a schedule for classes as well. As always, thanks for the support.

grace & peace,

reine

can't wait for your vegan mac and cheeze. I haven't tried to make this since going vegan, but I'm confident yours will be great!

Just bought today’s Groupon after visiting your website and reading this blog. I was initially hesitant because though I’m (almost) always up to trying new things, I’m not often in the city (St. Charles County girl) and a special trip to visit a cupcake shop is not on my usual list of weekend plans.
But I so enjoyed your posts -- I love when you can see the personal stake someone has and the passion for what they do and the courage they do it with. I can’t wait to visit :)

I'm so glad you guys were today's Groupon! I've been meaning to try you forever...but now I have no excuse :)

I'm also going to start a vegetarian diet next week with the hope of eventually going vegan, so I'm happy to have somewhere that I know I can always find something yummy to eat!

Glad to see you're back, Reine! I bet that mac and cheeze is AMAZING! :)

I got the Groupon too, so you know I'm coming in soon!

I found you through HappyCow.net and then Groupon. I'm a native St. Louisian who left and came back. I was thrilled to find you. I had the best vegan brownie EVER, I'm even sending one to a friend in LA who can't find a good one there.

I look forward to classes. I'll do my best to attend as many as I can.

I'm dying to try Daiya. Haven't been able to find it here, in Chicago. I've heard amazing things.
