Finally...maybe it took the Vegan Fudge Brownie revolution, but we are now offering at least one vegan cupcake option everyday. And it's not the vegan chocolate cupcakes only. We finally (in our humble opinion) perfected the lemon, vanilla, coconut vegan cupcakes. The Vegan Chocolate had been my favorite, but I think the vegan vanilla is the winner.
They really are good and good enough for the non-vegans as well. Don't be scared.
